Lost Super Search Free Tool

During the lost super search we will request your tax file number. Our Australian Financial Service License authorises us to ask for the information requested in this form including your Tax File Number (TFN), and to supply it to the relevant parties (ATO, Superannuation Trustees etc). We require this information for authentication & identification purposes and to allow us to complete the lost super search. It is not an offence if you don’t give us your TFN, however if you don’t we won’t be able to preform the search you’ve requested.
